I applied and spoke with someone from HR before moving on to two additional rounds of calls with other members of the team. Despite slow and inconsistent follow ups from the team I received positive feedback from my conversations. I was then sent a rejection email with no opportunity for feedback because they filled the role. This was a lie, they continued to post the role for months afterwards. I understand not being the right choice but would have appreciated more honesty rather than an easily noticeable lie.

Had a phone interview scheduled with someone in HR. They reached out that day and told me they need reschedule, so I provided more of my availability and they never got back to me. I followed up twice, and no response. Why invite someone to interview if you're just going to ghost them?

I applied for the role online and the process took about 9 weeks (phone screen, first round, task, 2nd round/task presentation, 3rd round/tour and 4th round with stakeholders from the parent company). As other candidates/reviewers have mentioned, communication from the hiring team was inconsistent, with long lapses between interviews and follow-ups. Despite initially positive interactions, they seemed unable to make decisions in a timely manner and there are constant process changes. This lack of professionalism and decisiveness doesn’t reflect well on their internal operations.
