2 step interview before intensive training. Meeting with CEO/ sales director. He'll get to know you and then pitch why you should work there. The pay was over-estimated dramatically based on what the team was actually taking in each month.

There is an approximately 30 minute virtual interview first. If you're successful after the interview then there is a solar sales training quiz afterwards. There is some learning and preparation required for the quiz. Applicants must achieve a certain grade on the quiz for successful employment.
