My experience going through the hiring process with Engage was not that great and is to highlight that the Hiring Contact I had was not very communicative during the process. The Hiring Contact reached out for samples but never responded to any of my follow ups and I assumed I didn't get the position. They reached out over a month later to see if I was still interested and set up a Skype interview. Interview was alright. I was told I would be discussing my background and what my hopes were for an internship at Engage, so I was caught off guard when one of the interviewers asked me to explain programming concepts. After the interview, I reached out to the same Hiring Contact twice and had the same luck in terms of response. I received an email the following Monday saying that I didn't get the position.
