First, Interviewed with HR via phone to review background and qualifications, second, there was in-person interview with owners and managers on site, third was followed up with a phone offer.

The interview was laid back, conducted by a few members of the ownership group. Mostly consisted of them having reviewed my resume and picking specific portions to question me about. There were no weird questions or tasks to solve. They were low pressure and nice.
