Walked in off the street, talked to the floor manager whom showed me the work space, got hired on the spot and told I had a good attitude. Not much else to say they do not do background checks, hire just about anyone regardless of skill level or criminal conviction. Literally a revolving door at times (which pissed me off) as I do not like to work with scum bags.
