Colloquio
First, there was a technical interview which had some basic and some hard questions to test your engineering thinking regardless you know the topic or not. Later, there was an HR interview in english to test your command of english, communication skills and asked about situations in your life to prove you leadership, commitment and success. Finally, you are supposed to answer 100 questions to test your english and IQ.
