This post was on off roll basis by Sinclus consultant . Interview was online through webx meet. EIL is good company but doing job on OFF roll is not good consultant will not tell you the details about the period or duration of job. Consultant Sinclus is not good in terms of off roll consultant my experience is not good . Before interview they will tell different salary and after completion of selection they will give you less salary , so be careful before accepting any offer , terms and conditions must be clear .
