Standard process. Submit a resume, you should be contacted for an interview. They may do a phone interview first and then one in person. During the interview, you probably will spend time listening in on phone calls being made by current employees. They may ask for a geography test of the U.S. States and capitals but I am not sure if they still use that test. Dress appropriately. I am surprised at the people that show up in jeans, they are quickly turned away.
