I applied online and I was contacted by the recruiting manager in less than 3 days to provide my academic transcripts and book an interview. The interview was conducted via Skype and it felt more like a chat rather than an interview.

I was interviewed for english teacher position. The interview process is Complicated and long waiting, it has 2/3 steps as I remember including the practical class. then they disappeared to give a reply.

It was a quick and easy process i was asked the usual questions, why? Experience? Behaviour management? And then told to create a mock activity lesson (i was given a prompt on what to do). It was super easy!

You get told to watch a video on class being taught and you have to explain whats going on?

The recruiter was polite, but standoff-ish. She a little rude when asked questions and the interview was rushed, as she said she overbooked herself, so therefore, she didn't want for me to waste her time with questions. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
