I was asked to prepare a lesson using their materials, provided to me beforehand for an online video interview. I was asked to introduce myself, then did the demo lesson. Then, I was given a series of rapid-fire questions, to which I answer "yes" or "no" automatically.
Easy interview but essentially looking for someone who is bubbly not for more serious teachers unfortunately. Pay is suprisingly low for the amlubt of work and long contracts, which can be a pro or con depending on your preferance.
it was very professional, my interviewer focused on what drives me to want to get into this position and look for my conversational skills while i answered the questions. We have another interview after the first one.

Its pretty good, the interviewer dan staff were friendly, and the environment is fun. You should prepare before start the interview. You'll be given the questions mostly about study cases in the class. Whether with students or with parents. So, Good luck
