The process is simple. Although they prefer online applications you can also drop off your application in person. Someone will call you to set up an interview and there is just one interview before beginning to work.

They want to know your plans for the next five years and whether you will stay with them as a teacher. Many English teachers teach in order to travel and so it was unexpected.
