Standard interview. Asked questions related to experience, stability, future plans etc. Toughest part was hypothetical teaching situations. A couple had me thinking hard. A bonus was a lot of information was giving about the curriculum, philosophy of the school etc. Also, got a good look at the facilities at the end, which were very nice. Bright and colorful.

Sit in a room with the interviewer and listen to him talk about himself. He'll also mention how much he likes Trump, will talk poorly about Japan, and will tell you how he doesn't usually hire women because they tend to get married or pregnant and then leave.
