It was quick and easy. The interview got cut off halfway and they still offered me the job. Granted, this was in 2019. I'm not sure if difficulty to get in has changed since then.

The process was as expected. Jamie was well prepared and asked me questions relevant to the teaching experience I already had. She was very transparent about expectations for the position and potential problems that may arise such as culture shock and issues related to the pandemic.
