The interview included an initial Skype call with a member of management, where one would introduce themselves and basically say how they can help students learn English.
They then tested me on English Parts of Speech, and asked about my home internet connection. Also about the amount of free time I'd have to conduct classes.

You will go through an online assessment where you answer questions. If you passed, you will be invited to a live demo where the interviewer will act as the student. An article will be chosen and you will have a class based on the article. After the demo, you will be informed if you passed or not. Or in some cases, endorsed for retraining.

Can't really remember but it wasn't that hard. If you've got a good grasp at speaking English, then you're good.

One should prepare before appearing. The got standards to meet. One must be fluent and should use accurate English . Practice is the key to crack it. They reply within 2 to 3 days.
It’s easy and they give you second chance if you mess up m. However you need to practice before hand as you get to speak about the same topic for 15 minutes
