Simple interview and detailed orientation followed by intensive demo lessons. The orientation and teacher tools and documents are very helpful. It was a group orientation of teachers who had passed the initial interview. Then we had two demo classes and got immediate feedback. We also got told immediately if we were successful or not.

send a video answering some questions language related like explaining an idiom and an open end question. after that you'll be selected for a demo lesson where one of the HR will act like your student.

First, you'll have a quick explanation as to what's going to happen at the interview, how the demo lesson would go and steps are you gonna go through. Then, you'll do a mock lesson (in my case was working with Daily News, then Free Conversation) The staff member was very kind and patient.
