A recruiter contacted me to schedule an interview with HR, which went smoothly. After that, I had a 30-minute interview with a Product Manager, where I was asked standard questions. They mentioned I would receive feedback within 2–3 days, but after two weeks of silence, I had to follow up myself—only to receive a generic email saying they are not going further with my application. It felt like a waste of time, and their lack of effort in providing proper feedback was quite unprofessional.
