It was a 15 min phone interview. It was a friendly conversation mostly to educate me on the role and allow me to ask questions I had. It's followed by a sales assessment and then a final phone interview with the CEO.

The interview process starts with a 15-minute phone call and leads into an assessment and a final interview with the owner. The assessment is a 9-question sales test with a few video questions. They seemed to be very thorough.
