Long, dragged out. Lack of communication, disappearing for long periods of time. They invite you in multiple times, wasting your time. Jobs you thought you were applying for change and suddenly are already filled.

I spoke to a lady on the phone for about 15 minutes- that was the first interview. They never got back to me with any updates which I find rather disrespectful.
