The initial interview was with the Executive Director and the Memory Care Manager, they had a list of questions typed and went through them together. Mostly scenario questions, questions involving your character, and questions testing your comfort levels with working with the elderly and people with dementia. The top 2 candidates will get a second interview set up (a phone interview) with someone from Enlivant in a different state.
