Very Unprofessional. If this is an indication of the new and improved, I don't want to be a part of it. The recruiter is dishonest about the salary, calls you at the last minute and then says they are very interested. You meet wit a nurse who does nothing but gripe about the company and then they fall of the face of the earth. Don't return your calls or emails. Both me and my friend applied and had the same experience. I think it's just the Texas Region because I have heard good things about other areas.

They don't ask many questions. Again very unprofessional and more concerned with how cheap they can pay you or who you know in the industry. The nurse just complained about how disorganized they were and ask why I wanted to work for Enlivant. She even said she was just waiting for a better opportunity. Said she had been with the company 5 months and had 3 different bosses.

Colloquio
Interviewed initially with Corporate Recruiter and he passed me on to the DVP. She did not ask me specific questions. Only concerned about my support of sales initiatives and that we do anything to bring in residents. Even open to bringing in residents that are more complex and require more care. It's all about heads in beds. I was even told they are going to stop doing initial assessments of residents before move in, but after move in.
