Multi-step interview process with a case study. Didn’t get the feeling the company was very progressive or knowledgeable about product best practices. Talking about agile seemed to get confusing looks. Multiple times I asked what specifically I would be doing, was it focused on more technical things or growth, user facing things, etc and never really got a straight answer. Even after four rounds, I didn’t understand the role. During my 4th round, I gave a presentation of a case study I had prepared. The prompt was super vague and so I gave super vague answers. In a panel of four people, one person asked a question. I promptly got denied without any feedback which is pretty horrible considering the hours invested in their process.
