Introduced by an agency. The recruiter herself was a bit unorganized and lacked communication but once an interview was scheduled with one of the founding Principals it was great. Met with Kevin and he had great energy, was honest on the state of the department and what they were looking for. Overall a great conversation and experience. The opportunity did not pan out and never received an answer or follow up but it looked like this was the recruiter's lack of communication and not the company itself.
