The interview process was simple and smooth. First, there was a short screening round where basic questions about my background and interest in patents were asked. After that, a technical interview was conducted where they asked about chemical engineering basics, research understanding, and analytical skills. They also asked about my internship and projects. The interview was mostly focused on my communication skills and ability to understand technical concepts.
