CV screening, call with recruiter, call with manager. The recruiter had very little time 20 min and everything was crazy rushed. The feedback was poor and not specific after I had to followup multiple times to get an answer

Pretty standard interview process with a call with talent, follow-up call with the hiring manager (CEO in this case), and a case study. It took about two months to complete three stages, with the case study being rescheduled more than three times because the CEO couldn't prepare it in time. While delays can happen, especially in a startup, the case study was eventually shared at the last minute, and the CEO did not offer an apology or acknowledgment for the disruptions, which raised concerns.
The feedback after the case study was a generic email that was poorly written and unclear. Considering the effort and patience I put into the process, it would have been more helpful to receive a personalised email with a few points explaining why I didn’t get the role.
