Standard application -> phone screening -> 3.5 hour set of 4-5 interviews. The in person interviewers as a whole didn’t manage the time well; my coding interview was cut short and my final Leadership interview was cut entirely. They offered only a generic email rejection 8 days later, no phone call or opportunity for feedback.
