Entire process took a month. HR Call. Then take home assessment and wanting to use a specific tech stack. Then 3.5 hour interview with multiple people. hiring manager interview. I never leave reviews for interviews but since my lay off this was the worst interview of my life. Not only did the take home assignment did I go above and beyond, there was no feedback and during my 3 hour interview I was shown prejudice on where I was from, an engineer raised their voice and me and told me I didn’t know anything. I guess they didn’t look at my take home. In total I spend 20+ hours interviewing and prep. and at the end getting a email they don’t want to give me an offer letter and no feedback. Wish I could turn back the clock and put that engineer in his place and exit on my own accord but I have the decency that he didn’t. They asked me to write a review on my experience so here you go!
