Very disorganized, I got the interview via a third-party HR agency (Xpheno) and got the interview scheduled one week after the initial screening. The interviewer asked me basic questions regarding the position, after which I got to give the second-interview with the team as well. 2 weeks later, no call and no email for updates. I call the HR agency just to know that the hiring for the job has been put on hold despite being told multiple times that they were looking to hire someone immediately.
