They ask about you, to get to know you better and they try to hear from you your strengths and weaknesses. Added to that they ask you why you chose them and not any other company with good reasoning.

Die Dame war sehr nett und relaxed . Erst etwas zu einem selber und dann wird das Unternehmen vorgestellt. Das Geschäftskonzept, sollte man sich vorher ansehen. Wenn man das verstanden hat, versteht man das Unternehmen und was es erreichen will.
