I was contacted on Indeed for an interview. The interview went well; they really deep dived into the company and what they offer. Including their benefits, which there are none(except for a stock offer after the 1st year. This is a 1099, and that was not posted in the job posting. Which, in my opinion, should be

It was an online interview where the founder spoke with me and discussed what the position would look like. He was friendly and punctual, adding that I would be a great asset to his team. It was definitely a friendly and not intimidating interview whatsoever.
