I had an interview with Enrome LLP and honestly, it was one of the strangest interviews I’ve ever attended. The interviewer asked me irrelevant and awkward questions like “Do you know how many partners we have?” — which made no sense for the role I applied for. Instead of focusing on my skills or experience, they seemed more concerned about whether I did research on the company’s structure. It felt more like a quiz than a job interview. There was also no clear explanation about the job scope, career progression, or training. Overall, it gave me the impression they weren’t serious about hiring, or worse, they expected blind obedience without proper communication. Not a welcoming or professional environment. Would not recommend.
