I had a phone screen with a recruiter on a Monday and an interview with the hiring manager on Tuesday. The interview went very well. We went over the role, different teams, and the potential for upward mobility in the company. She told me she’d reach out to different managers for available schedules and stated the recruiter would contact me later that same day with next steps. I was contacted and there was no response to my follow up email.
