I applied online but then decided to go to the walk in Wednesday interviews that were being held in Mason, Ohio. I was the first person to arrive and the recruiters could not find a Manager to interview me. I sat there about 40 minutes while they emailed a couple department managers before they finally said they would just pass my resume along to the hiring manager who would contact me for a face to face interview. Another candidate walked in and was sitting with me for about 25 minutes and was also curious as to why they were not able to interview right away when there was no one else but us there. I have now waited a week and have not hear back from any manager or recruiter from Ensemble. I feel like it was a waste of my time. They could have at least emailed me saying I did not fit what they were looking for. I think if this is how this company handles interviews then I question working for them and seeing how they operate day to day.
