Contacted by the recruiter. Had 4 interviews with very positive feedback. I was assured that the job was mine and the interview process was over. A last-minute 30 min interview request turned out to be the worst "bait and switch" experince. The position changed and a request for relocation (!!) was made. I found out that a gentleman had just quit the position and I was the ONLY available candidate. I offered my assistance to "onboard" a potential customer located in Virginia and then return to the position I had originally applied for and interviewed for. The next day I received an email informing me that I did not get the job as I "did not meet MINIMUM" job requirements!!! the msot unproffessional and UNETHICAL experience I have ever had in my whole career. I tried to reach out to the CEO of the company but he obviously avoided me. I wish Ensemble the best but they have a long way to go in order to become a top tear company. Glad I found out early enough and happy I did not join them at this point.
