I recently went through the interview process with Ensemble Health, and felt compelled to share my experience. I was initially skeptical due to the numerous negative reviews on Glassdoor about frequent cancellations and poor interview experiences. Recruiter A reached out to me to schedule a pre-screen meeting for this role. After scheduling a pre-screening using the Calendly link provided by Recruiter A, I was connected with Recruiter B. However, my scheduled slot was canceled hours later, without any explanation. The cancellation should have been followed up with an explanation immediately. I emailed both recruiters and waited until later in the evening, but still no response. I rescheduled a second time, only to face a second cancellation without any explanation the next morning. Frustrated and seeking clarification, I reached out to both Recruiter A and Recruiter B again. Recruiter A vaguely mentioned a high volume of applicants and having to "move things around", necessitating the rescheduling. Meanwhile, Recruiter B cited other individuals were in the final stages of the interview process and told me she would reach out if anything changed. The unexplained cancellations, and delayed responses raised serious concerns about the organization's communication and professionalism. Consequently, I chose to withdraw my interest in the role. Potential applicants, be aware of the unpredictable scheduling and communication issues that may impact your experience with Ensemble Health. Exercise caution when considering opportunities with this organization.
