Rapid Fire - 10 min, back to back questions, not even listening to answers properly. It was good shot and sweet. F2F - Interviewer instead of asking me questions keep explaining bla bla things to me, hardly asked 2-3 questions regarding my current work and I answered those very well. There was not a single technical question he asked except those. I reflected that person was more keen to show what he knows and doing instead listening to me. I did not even know for what they have rejected me, when they do not even asked more than 2 questions that last 10 minutes only. Rest 60 minutes, he just keep eating my mind explaining thing all in hypothetical air which even was not related to interview.
