I got interview call from naukri, 30 mins Technical Interview. Question were good. Interview was very helpful and checking problem solving skill more than actual technology. Interview schedule process was very fast as it was done by a third party HR services

I had video conference. The interview was for about an hour. The questions were moderate mostly from core java like collection, multi threading, oops. But the interviewer i met lacked communication skills as well as knowledge. I faced lots of difficulties in interpreting what he wants to say and what answer he is expecting. I felt like he had written all the answers in a sheet and if your answer doesn't match with that then it's wrong according to him. A suggestion to HR team, please send quality panels who good knowledge and not junks who do Google.
