Oh, the hiring process is - - They will share a long case study for initial screening - Round 2: They will share all the details, will schedule the interview, the recruiter will never pick a single call, and will cancel last moment saying, the panel can interview on X day, and block invite for X+1 day. So, the candidate will keep on coordinating on both X & X+1 days, will even join the meeting only to see that no one is joing. Highly unprofessional.

There were total 3 rounds of interview First 2 rounds were with other experienced project managers which I cleared. 3rd round was with Engineering manager which they scheduled and then cancelled and then never turned up... ENTIRE RECRUITMENT TEAM HIGHLY UN-PROFESSIONAL... My calls, emails, messages all of them were just ignored and unanswered for 3 weeks after which I conclude their professionalism. They are probably curse for the recruitment industry and organizational growth.
