Phone interview was conducted quickly upon applying, the meeting with the hiring manager lasted around 45 minutes. The interviewer was very monotone and did not have a welcoming or happy atmosphere. They also strung me along for a few weeks after the interview, informing me that they were preparing the team for the next interview, only to inform me they weren't going to move forward with me and ended up changing the job description to fit a PhD level candidate.
