Interviews consisted of a phone screen, video chat with the manager, on-site panel interview, and on-site interview with a senior manager. Questions were mostly behavioral, with some technical and some from resume. The atmosphere was professional, but casual. I was very impressed that the recruiter called to tell me they were going with someone else. Very classy.
