I was contacted by an internal recruiter. After talking to them I had an initial interview by a member of the team. The next step was a take home coding assignment. Finally, I did a series of four onsite interviews, none of which were tech interviews.

I spoke with a recruiter and had an initial phone screen with an individual at Entera. They assigned me a take-home challenge to basically map out a bunch of colleges. I dedicated approximately six hours to this take-home outside of my regular working hours and Entera ghosted me for several weeks now, despite several followups. I spent 6 hours on this, with a 36 week pregnant wife at home, and they don’t even have the decency for a follow up despite multiple attempts at a response. This is by far the worst, most unprofessional interview process I have ever encountered.
