Applied online in early September. Was invited to take the POSS exam (I had taken it with another company and passed so I had to sign a form allowing that company to release my results to Entergy). A couple weeks later I had a phone interview with HR, asking generic behavior questions, about resume and why I wanted to work in nuclear. Called for a site interview and flown to New Orleans. Interview was extremely personable and discussed previous work experience. Security clearance process is quite extensive, but expected.

The interview was very relaxed. I actually enjoyed the process. Most questions are family oriented. You will be asked a series of behavioral questions that were meant to catch you somewhat off guard. You will be tested and have to score well on a POSS test before you can receive an offer.
