Five person panel interview. The interview was a structured conversation where an employer assesses a candidate’s skills, experience, and fit for a role through questions, while the candidate learns about the organization and position.
Straight forward to the point. Panel was easy. Good and quick feedback. Had no problems with initial questions. The star method was used. My recommendation is to study the star method in order to become successful.
