30 minute Zoom interview with HR, 2nd step was a technical assessment (was very easy in the sense that it aligned with my background and experience but was a little tricky in that I wasn't sure if it was a trick question), 2nd interview was with an Ops manager, final interview was with director of operations. Everyone was very friendly and interviews seemed to flow well.

Interview process was not organized. Ended up having 4 different interviews, where my questions about culture and expectations were dismissed.
Was requested to tackle an unpaid project and presentation after the 4 rounds of interviews

30 minute Zoom interview with HR, 2nd step was a technical assessment (was very easy in the sense that it aligned with my background and experience but was a little tricky in that I wasn't sure if it was a trick question), 2nd interview was with an Ops manager, final interview was with director of operations. Everyone was very friendly and interviews seemed to flow well. However, I did not receive an offer and instead received a generate decline email. When I tried to reply to ask about feedback as to why I did not get the job, I could not connect with anyone which left a bitter taste.
