Difficult interview process. Definitely picky on who they select. Sounds like long hours and weekend shifts. My downfall may have been telling them I prioritize work life balance. Sales based performance style position.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
