Once you've been chosen to advance to the next level, you'll meet with your site manager and learn about the day-to-day operations and expectations. I like that since you can physically see how the environment would be. It also makes meeting colleagues ahead of time easier.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.

There are three interviews. The first one was with a recruiter, the second one is in the stores and the third one is with the big boss. I didn’t get to the third interview. They seemed desperate for people and that was a red flag to me.
