Very easy interview process. Did not ask any tough questions, which makes sense since this position was for a simple labor job. They ensure you have a clean driving history and you must pass a background check. Overall this was an easy process, talked to the manager, took a tour, was told of my responsibilities, and then offered the job on the spot.
