The process has been long, but worth it. It started with an initial interview regarding why I was interested in the position. I, then, was set up for a second interview with the same interviewer where I was asked scenarios of how I have helped customers in my current position, and I what I did to go above and beyond their expectations. The third interview was with a manager who also worked from home. The questions were scenario based once more, with some more information provided regarding the benefits, pay, hours, etc. I thought that the interview was pretty laid back, and was more like filling out a questionnaire. The only thing that was hard was really trying to delve into my past customer service positions to give specific examples.

Easy. Friendly, quick and professional. Appreciated the process. The interviewer was very respectful and listened well. I enjoyed the process. Enterprise was a great company. I thought the application process was also very straight forward, no regrets.

Phone interview. General Interview questions. Nothing too crazy. Interviewer was a recruiter and described the role/details well so it was just the standard 1st phone screen interview with a recruiter.

Initial Pre screen phone call followed by a lengthier assessment based phone call the following week. The next steps were to be an in person interview with the sales manager then a sales presentation and after that an offer.
