It was very calm, you got to see first hand of what everyone was doing. I went on a slow day, everyone was just sitting at their desk. She told me after the interview she really liked me and to go online and fill out an application and call her back. I did, and she had hr pull my application with that interview, along with a phone interview, and background check it took about 3-4 weeks

I interviewed with the Branch Manager and Regional Director. The interview covered basic questions mostly focused on customer service experiences. It lasted a little less than an hour, and everyone was very kind.
