Applied online, took maybe a week for them to get back to me, scheduled first interview for a few days later, met first interviewer(recruiter)20-30mins, fairly easy, really just to get a sense of what type of person you are, second interview scheduled 3 days later, 2nd interview was with area manager, 45mins to an hour, more detailed work experience required, lots of personality situation questions, sales experience questions, etc. 3rd interview with Group rental manager was tougher with a lot of the same thing from the 2nd interview, 40-60mins, then didnt hear back for 4-5 days, Be able to describe specific situations under stress, tough situations, etc
