Entire interview lasted about 30 minutes and if they like you, you get a 2nd interview and a branch observation then a 3rd interview. Its a long process for a minimal paying job with lots of hours needed to be worked.

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
